What exactly does the platform fee apply to?
Only to orders that complete through AudienceJet — 1% on Professional, 2% on Starter, calculated on the order subtotal. Cancelled and rejected orders are not charged. There is no fee on orders that come to you by phone, walk-in, or any other channel.
What does Meta charge on top of this?
Meta bills per 24-hour conversation, not per message, and it is separate from your plan. A full order exchange normally sits inside one conversation window. Every plan includes free starting credit, and you can enable auto-reload so the bot never stops mid-service.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel from the dashboard at any time. Professional carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. Your WhatsApp number, your catalog and your customer list stay yours — you can revoke our Meta permissions whenever you want.
What if I go over 20 orders a day on Starter?
Nothing breaks and no order is refused. We notify you once you pass the limit for several days running and suggest moving to Professional — which usually pays for itself, since the platform fee halves from 2% to 1%.
Who pays for the delivery driver?
You do, exactly as you do today — AudienceJet is not a delivery fleet. You assign your own drivers and set your own delivery charge, which the customer pays at checkout. That is precisely why the cost is a fraction of an aggregator's.
Do I need to leave the aggregators to use this?
No, and most restaurants shouldn't at first. Run both: keep the aggregators for discovery, and move your repeat customers — the ones who already know you — onto WhatsApp where you keep the margin. That is where the saving comes from.

All plans are billed in Kuwaiti dinar (KWD); other currencies are shown at an indicative rate for guidance only. Platform fees are charged on orders processed through AudienceJet. Meta charges separately per 24-hour conversation; your plan includes credit and optional auto-reload.

Is AudienceJet available right now?

Do I need a WhatsApp Business Account?
You can use an existing WhatsApp Business number or register a new one during setup. Our system uses Meta's official embedded signup, which makes the process seamless.
How do customers pay for orders?
Customers can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, or local payment methods through the MyFatoorah or Tap payment gateways. Cash on delivery is also available.
What are WhatsApp messaging fees?
Meta charges per conversation (a rolling 24-hour session), separately from your AudienceJet plan. We provide credit to cover these costs, and plans include auto-reload when your balance runs low.
Is there Arabic language support?
Yes. Our chatbot supports both English and Arabic, and customers choose their preferred language the moment they start chatting. The dashboard and this website are available in Arabic too.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are up and running within 30 minutes. The Meta signup takes about 5 minutes; menu upload depends on your catalog size — and on the Professional plan our team enters it for you.
